Authors requesting the publication of a work must fill in a application form and send it to email@example.com. When the work is collective, the coordinator will provide, in addition to the form, the authorization of all authors.
Editorial UFV contemplates the possibility of the print edition, the digital edition or both formats.
Once the publication of a work has been decided, the corresponding contract will be formalized in writing, in which all the circumstances required by current legislation will be recorded, specifically, those contained in articles 64 and 65 of the Intellectual Property Law for which the obligations of the editor and the author are established. The contract will include the circulation and remuneration for copyright.
After submitting the final text, no alterations can be made, except for those of the orthographic correction. The author will approve the corrections within a maximum period of thirty days.
The legal-legal records assigned to the UFV by public or private organizations, both national and international, for the identification, commercialization, or any other necessary processes in editorial production, such as patents or registrations, ISBN and ISSN numbers, as well as corresponding barcodes for mechanical identification, will be owned and operated exclusively by the Francisco de Vitoria University and will be managed by its publisher.
